Lance Noble has over 20 years experience within the thoroughbred racing industry and is renowned for his honesty and integrity.

Lance began his career in racing on the equine cadet scheme under the experienced tutelage of the incomparable Jim Gibbs, progressing to stable foreman and then on to training partner. This grounding, as well as the experience Lance received overseas has culminated in a training philosophy which is focused on providing each individual horse with the time and care needed to develop to its full potential.

Coming from a National Hunt background in Ireland Lance’s wife Leigh, who is an authorized syndicator, runs the office managing the administrative side of the business. Racing is no longer for the elite and it is Lance and Leigh’s ambition to inspire the passion that is racing and encourage as many people as they can to enjoy the thrill that only racing can provide.

There is nothing that stimulates the senses like your first win, it doesn’t matter which day of the week or which track you’re at winning is like a magic tonic that makes everything better and there is one thing for sure, you’ll never stop learning!
